Today I turn the big 28!

I can’t believe I am closing in on 30.

Didn’t I just graduate high school yesterday? Where does time go?

I’m excited to spend the day celebrating with my family.

Sounds perfect to me.

It’s no secret that pink is popular in interiors.

I’ve completely fallen in love with this trend, but my husband is not so thrilled about it.

Caitlin Wilson’s home, recently featured in Matchbook Magazine, is chalked full of pink.

I think it is so pretty.

I absolutely adore that coral sofa.

Lately, I have come across some stunning bedrooms.

I’m not going to lie, I wouldn’t mind having a master bedroom filled with pink.

Although my husband is typically opinion free when it comes to decorating, I don’t think he would go for it.

I am thinking it would make a great guest room color palette though.

So, what do you think?

Would your man go for a pink bedroom? Or would he pull the veto card?

This year we got up early so we could be part of the Holladay parade.

We may have been the only float…

But the kids loved it! 

My friend did a great job putting it together, and I am pretty sure Emory was on cloud 9.

In between playing, I am also working on some small projects this summer.

These bookshelves are screaming for some styling.

I can’t wait to get my hands on them!

I love holidays.

Today will consist of parades, pancakes, BBQ’n, and fireworks!

Although I have only been a citizen for 2 years, I am already starting to love this holiday.
