My Top 3 Designer Selections Part II

I hope you are enjoying these top 3 posts, I am sure having find putting them together.
Art can be so hard to find and also expensive.
I always recommend my clients trying their hand a DIY piece, but I also have some go-to shops that I use regularly.
Below I selected 3 pieces to represent the 3 shops I specify from routinely. You must check out each shop and their other pieces offered, they all have some great art. These pieces all work well in gallery walls and individually.
I love them all.

Considering that I focus mainly on e-design, I actually don’t specify lighting too often. Most of my clients are looking for furniture pieces, rugs, and accessories to finish off their space. With that being said, today I am going to share my top 3 lighting crushes!
I love lighting to make a statement and I think it is the perfect place to add a little shimmer to a room.  These  3 chandeliers are so pretty. I would love to have each one in my home.

Capiz Chandelier: $279.00 (on sale)

Everyone needs a good vase in their life. I use these 3 weekly in designs. I love the texture, finish, and color of each one. You really can’t go wrong with any of these.
Rati Vase: $24.95

I hope you are finding this helpful, I know I love hearing other designers must-have items!

My Top 3 Designer Selections!

Since we are coming to the end of the year, I thought it would be fun to share my top 3 most used products in every category.
I love finding and specifying new products, but I do tend to use certain items over and over again.
Over the next couple days I will share with you my favorite lamps, rugs, art, chandeliers, vases, mirrors, accent tables, and wallpaper. You know, all the items that are tricky to select!
I am going to start with floor lamps.
I use floor lamps in SO many of my designs and they can be expensive. I’ve had to come to terms with it, well designed floor lamps are spendy. I use these 3 lamps regularly.
I feel like they work well in almost any space.
Abacus Floor Lamp: $319.00 (on sale)

For the last 2 years bold graphic rugs have been in style. I now find myself moving towards lighter colors, smaller patterns, and ethnic inspired rugs. I specify these 3 rugs all-the-time.
And you guessed it, they are also on my personal must-have list.

I am short on time today, but I will be back tomorrow with more of my top 3 products!
Any of these products your favorites too?
Happy Monday!

Master Bedroom Design!

Although I spend the majority of my time designing for my clients, I love to dream up spaces for my own home too.
A couple weeks ago a reader requested that I share some of the designs I have saved for my own home!
I am going to start with my master bedroom.
If I could start over right now, it would look a little like this…
I love the idea of mixing Mid-Cenurty inspired pieces with traditional deep tufting and ethnic fabrics. Thank goodness my husband can handle a little pink 🙂
Wouldn’t it be so fun to start from scratch?
I am pretty darn obsessed with the bed. Although I have seen it several times before, I officially fell in love with it when Emily Henderson used it in a design.

Isn’t it dreamy? I am pretty sure I need it.
And can you believe it is from Target and only $619.00 for a queen?
Now if only I could buy it all…
Do you ever dream up spaces too?
