I could live here…

I just ran across this home designed by i suwannee
I love how livable it feels.
I am so attracted to traditional homes.
I love this formal entry, it feels very old fashioned.
This bedroom is so simple yet welcoming.
The blue and orange color combo is a favorite of mine.
Hello ceiling, absolutely perfect.
This family room is the great mix of playful and sophisticated.
Such a lovely rug and chandelier.

Sometimes I get frustrated looking through magazines knowing that my home will never look like that.
I love seeing real homes, ones that even children could live in!

Online Family Room Design

I have been very busy working on online designs.
I especially loved working with this client.
It was such a fun project and the space is stunning, I can’t get over those incredible ceilings.
This room is used for everything.
Entertaining, family time, watching television, playing games, and relaxing.
I wanted the design to comfortable, playful, and yet refined.
My client had already fallen in love with this console table from Wisteria.
It definitely set the tone for the room.
I then added blues, pinks, and pops of citron to give the room a little flavor.
She was thrilled with the design and I can’t wait to see it come to life!

Our Weekend…

I am happy to report that we are both better!
The first day was rough, we did lots of cuddling and sleeping.
Emory was in a lot of pain so we headed to the doctor.
Unfortunately, she refused to pee in the cup so she had to get a catheter.
It.was.traumatic.
We got her on some antibiotics and she is doing much better.
We even went on a lunch date.

And did a little shopping at TJ Maxx.
I found these beautiful upholstered captains chairs that might work perfectly in one of my clients kitchen nooks.
We ended the weekend with a coconut root beer shaved ice, with cream of course.
Yum.
Overall, it was good.
Now back to work!
