I have been searching high and low for the perfect chandelier for Emory’s room.

No such luck.

I have found a couple that I love, but they are WAY out of my budget, so I guess I have no choice but to DIY!

I have seen several DIY capriz chandeliers before, but this one by Lisa Roy took my breath away.

It doesn’t look homemade, which I think is SO important in any DIY project.

Mine will have to be much smaller, but I think it is just perfect.

I took back the rug, it just wasn’t doing it for me…

And, all of her black picture frames have been spray painted gold!

Hopefully I will get them up soon, I love them.

I spend a lot of time shopping online for e-clients.

Which means, I often come across great deals.

World market always has the best textiles, but I am particularly in love with this pillow for $19.99!

It is such a beautiful floral with great colors.

And last but not least, Home Decorators has these adorable shield back chairs on sale for $136.99!

My mom ordered 6 for her dining room. 

They are going to be amazing!

It’s always fun to find chic pieces for cheap.

Now I just have to resist buying them all…

I am making some progress on my gallery wall.

Ok, maybe just a little, but I have moved things around…imagine that?!

If only it could stay that way…at least I can refer back to this picture this afternoon when it is trashed again?!

When I came across this home designed my Melanie Tuner Interiors, I was speechless.

My favorite part, the drapery.

I am absolutely crushing on Schumacher’s Zimba fabric, especially as drapery.

So crisp, clean, and beautiful!

You can purchase this designer fabric here, for a mere $70.00/yard.

Although they would make some spendy drapery, I think they just might be worth it…I am in love!
