DIY Napkin Pillow Tutorial!

It is no secret that I like to make pillows out of napkins, table cloths, curtains, etc!
When I was visiting my sister in Canada last month, we whipped out a few napkin pillows and today I am sharing a quick tutorial!

I used these napkins from World Market. Love the color and fabric. Since a set of 6 is $9.99, you can make a pillow case with these napkins for just $5.00!
I am no good with zippers, so this tutorial is for a flap-back pillow case.

Super super simple. If you can sew a straight line, you can do this!
They turned out pretty great too.
It’s hard to complain about a $5.00 pillow right? (oh and ignore the random threads, a true sign of a freshly sewn pillow!)

I am also eyeing a few napkins right now. The are practically begging to me made into pillows.

Whoa! That Anthro napkin is using Pottery Barn’s long-discontinued Bettina fabric! I have a pair of curtains made from that and people are constantly asking where they can buy some … good to know!

Seriously? You make that look so easy! I just dusted off my sewing machine for a little birthday party project, but now, I’m going to have to head out for some cute napkins and get started on pillows. Thanks for sharing!

This is one of the most genius ideas I’ve ever seen! Lol I recently became comfortable with my sewing machine (i.e. resisted the urge to chuck it out the window) so I will definitely be making these!
