I am currently designing a couple of children’s spaces right now and I can’t seem to stay away from bright and colorful rugs.
I find myself keeping the bedding neutral, adding pops of color in the pillows, and a bold colorful pattern on the rug.
If there is any space in your house to have a little fun, a children’s room/playroom is it!

I love the bright colorful rugs as well and it is often a starting point in a room for me. I love adding pattern on the floor, the curtains or pillows, and keep the rest neutral. But, what’s great about different clients is the opportunity to try out new combos! 😉

How do you like the indoor/outdoor rugs for indoors? I really like a lot of the designs but haven’t pulled the trigger because I am nervous about the texture.
