I am pretty sold on the idea of adding a bold removable wallpaper.
It just adds so much personality and helps define the space.

I am also obsessed with the thought of adding an unexpected pop of color in the console table/entry cabinet.

Being welcomed everyday by a cheery piece of furniture sounds good to me.
It can be hard to find affordable, unique, and colorful pieces.
I gathered a few of my favorites.
I can’t decide on a favorite. I just love all the unique colors, shapes, and lines.
Would you go bold in your entry?
xo,

Love your inspiration pictures and the idea of going bold in the entry! Using the removable wallpaper and fun furniture is a great way to add personality to a rental. Plus, it would be so fun and welcoming and set the tone for the rest of your place.
Have a great week!

Yes, I agree. I guarantee our next rental will lack personality, so I must get creative!
If I had a big entryway I would go bold for sure. I love all the images you posted. Removable wallpaper is fun but super expensive! Not sure what your budget would be like. As far as the tables you showed, I like 3 and 6 the best.

You are right, it is SO expensive. Although since I only want to cover a small wall, I am hoping it won’t break the bank.
I wish I had a separate entryway! Our front door opens into the living room. When we bought our house it didn’t phase me because there were other features this home had that were on our must have list. But in our next home I would absolutely love a place to put one of those awesome tables.
Our last place had no defined entry either. I am just crossing my fingers that our next place will have one!
My new house will have a front entry with room for a table AND a rear garage entry with a wee narrow space. I am still struggling with what to put in the garage entry since thats where we will be coming in/out from. I think the very first photo just might do the trick!
Yes, that is such a perfect inspiration picture. I love how they only wallpapered that small space too and it works.
Love the bold statement! I knew I wanted a bold statement for our hallway, which is why I painted over my first stencil choice. Now if only I could get around to hanging the gallery walls back up! 😉
I can’t wait to see what you come up with. Everything you do is always amazing!!
My brain always thinks faster than my motivation ;). If I had a nickel for every project needing to be finished…
I’m so happy that you are moving to California! That is awesome! I adore the first photo and I love that pink chest.
We are excited BUT I am nervous too! Are you in Cali?
Nevermind…I know that you are in Texas!
Love it all. You are always so good at getting inspiration 😉
Thanks so much 🙂
Currently I have a black console in the foyer very similar to the coral one above. I now need a can of gold paint, I need those metallic legs in my life!
Yes, that would look amazing on a black console! Send me a pic when you are done, I would love to see it.
Love the first picture! That small white and silver table would go perfect in my entry. Do you know where I can find it or something similar?
Thank you!
I don’t know of one off the top of my head. If you google “white and chrome console table” lots of great options come up, but I haven’t seen anything yet with a drawer.
Looove bold entryways! Ours has a striped wall a pop of neon for fun. It definitely makes a statement and leaves an impression out the door.
I believe the table in the first photo is the Ming Console by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams
