Online Design: Teen Room/Guest Room

Last week I finished an online design for a teen girl.
My client wanted to create a little getaway for her daughter but still wanted the design to easily convert to a guest room.
I went with a bright and girly color scheme but selected elegant pieces that will work for a spunky teen and guests.
A moody blue accent wall paired with crisp white for the rest of the room  gives the space some personality without feeling too dark.
I absolutely loved working on this space, I think it turned out to be one of my favorites.
I can’t wait to see it complete!

i love this! i really wanted to paint my bedroom navy but by landlord wouldn’t let me. navy and white is the best color combo! especially when you add gold and a pop of pink.

I absolutely LOVE your blog! You have such incredible taste, and I love it that you try to incorporate budget friendly ideas. Question for ya, where is that coral lamp from. I love it!
    Thank you!

Hi Danielle- Can you share where you found the gold “LOVE” art piece? I have been looking for something exactly like it and can’t find what I am looking for. This is perfect! Thanks so much

@jenna : DIY it ! get a frame from ikea, take a chart, print the letters on it . to make it more vibrant , purchase dust gold paint (u have to mix gold powder and a chemical agent, the craft shop will give it to you) . frame it and ur done ! it will cost you a fraction of the price to purchase it !!! 😀
