Kidney Stones?

Yesterday was the longest day of my life.
After 8 1/2 hours of intense back pain and stomach cramping I passed a kidney stone.
Just my luck.
Wasn’t I hospitalized for pre-term labour? I guess kidney stones were just an added benefit.
Yes, that is a picture of my kidney stone…I couldn’t help it. That darn thing about killed me.
We were convinced that I was in labour and were very close to going in for a c-section.
Thank goodness baby Oakey stayed put, but I can’t believe how much pain a small kidney stone can cause!
Now that I got that out of the way, I am looking for some good luck…I just can’t seem to catch a break!
On a positive note, I hit 26 weeks yesterday!.
Week 25…you will not be missed.

I’ve been told that kidney stones are more painful than childbirth, so you have my sympathy!! I’m glad Baby Oakey stayed put, and I’m sending my prayers and best wishes that things get better for you!

Yay for 26 weeks, boo for kidney stones! I hope the next ten weeks (you said you had to deliver at 36 weeks, right?) are peaceful and uneventful for you.
