Yesterday I received after pictures from an online design client.
I can’t take a whole lot of credit, she had a great vision, I just gave my opinions and some suggestions.
Here is her room before:
And after…
She added the rug, artwork, ottoman, mirror, changed out the roman shades, and added a few pillows. She still plans on adding chevron stripes to the television wall. I think it will look amazing.
Her room was good before, it just needed to be pulled together.
Repetition of black and white in the artwork, rug, and pillows really helps the room flow.
I love it.
I also helped her make some changed to her entry.
The console table looks perfect.
And let’s talk about the stripes.
She was the visionary behind these beauties.
Arn’t they amazing?
She also added a new light and artwork to her dining room.
The artwork was done by her sons, she just framed them in Ikea frames that she spray painted.
I absolutely love this home.
Pretty sure I could move right in!
This house is great! I love it when clients with style still want to ask us for our opinion! Those stripes rock!

Great great collaboration. The small changes make such a world of difference. And I’m in the midst of my own horizontal stripe drama right now – thankfully just an accent wall in the dining room.
The finishing touches make this room absolutely gorgeous. Love it all.

This is adorable. Do you know what fabric she used for the window shades (and what looks to be a matching pillow)? And is the rug really from ikea? LOVE IT!

Jessica: The console is from Home Decorators online. Here is the link:

Charla: The pillows and roman shades are Schumacher Chiang Mai Dragon in Aquamarine. The rug is from IKEA, definitely one of my favorite rugs out there!
Jill: The entry print is from Urban Outfitters. She bought it years ago and I don’t think they sell it anymore.
WOW! I was wanting to paint white stripes on our walls, and that picture of the gorgeous console table against the striped wall is exactly what I was hoping for. Gorgeous job!!
How did you get that rug? I can never find it!
BEAUTIFUL! I would love to know the wall colors in her home – I am really drawn to the peaceful blue and the soft tan in some of the walls as well as the stripes. You guys did a great job! Does she have a blog?
Freaking love the art over her couch! You guys together made a great team because the space looks so beautiful!!
