This apartment is extraordinary.
Yes, I said apartment.
Renting didn’t stop Samantha Zenger from having a well designed home.
She embraced white walls and neutral carpets.
I am in love.
I actually went to design school with Samantha.
I know right, I had some amazing classmates!
Darn good school 🙂
I love the overall eclectic feel.
This can be challenging to accomplish, a fine balance between too little and too much.
I definitely wouldn’t mind blogging from this table.
and that rug…
This place makes me want to paint all my walls white!
Who said renting can’t be glamorous?

She has great vision to see the potential of that apartment. It turned out so fun yet mature! I could do some blogging from that table too:)
What a fun apartment. The big issue with rentals is always “to paint or not to paint..?” She solved the dilemma with some colorful pieces.
All of the area rugs really make this space special! I love how the entire spaced is tied together with small touches of red. Thanks for sharing!

I love the colour and the textiles on the sofa. Such a warm and charming apartment!
I am in love too!! Love how eclectic yet how “put together” it is too. Gorgeous.
I love the blue and gray palette…and that adorable red heart chair!!
I love the colors she used. I can’t believe that’s apartment. She makes apartment living look so chic!
Wow, now that is rental done right. So cute.
Lovely apartment! I love her colours and patterns!
Wow, I have to give it to her it’s definitely hard to decorate around a space that has already been planned out for you. I would be lost in decor la la land. Two thumbs up!
there is just something so HAPPY about an eclectic look….she did an amazing job!
What a great job she did with little flexibility!
Oh my gosh, I love it. The red chair has my heart. I just adore the mix-matched chairs. Sh really personalized the space!
Thank you so MUCH for posting this! My husband, two boys, and I rent a 3 level town home. It is great…but I need something! lol. All the walls are white, and everything is ‘bland’. This was the perfect post for me! 🙂 I have clear vases filled in my home with those split peas. Ha! And brown rice…and old mason jars with the lids with the metal cover ring filled with white cotton balls. 😉 Question: what exactly does she have holding her skillets up with? I really WANT to know!! Thanks!
Great apartment!!!!
I’ve actually considered painting the base and arms of sloan’s ceiling fan…you suggest that?
and stop taunting us with the room design and pick me a winner me already me!! 😉
I am a renter too, so I have to work with what I have. Lucky for me my landlord is ok with me painting so I have! But you can’t tear down walls or re-do cabinets to adding pops of colour with accessories, fabric, etc is they way to go. Love how she made her place look unique, with great style using colour and great pieces of furniture!
Renting can be glamourous, its all in your attitude and approach!
I just love apartments where the person makes it their own – totally ignoring that it’s not a “permanent” landing spot. Samantha did a great job!
Agreed!!!
I love the colors of the entire space. Great design and style.
It is fabulous! I love the red and that she didn’t put curtains up!
Such a charming space…love it!
What an amazing space!
That is the most brilliant space.. well, well done. It’s so charming and inviting and well, brilliant! x
Great butcher block table and uplifting red with the bright, happy “rental” white. So pretty.
