restoration hardware has recently been reinvented.
silver sage walls and over scaled white trim has now been replaced with muted grey walls and mid-19th-century inspired distressed woodwork.
while flipping through the catalog i couldn’t help but notice the lack of color.
monochromatic color schemes line the pages but each piece seems to tell a story.
whether it’s a replica of an antique french bookcase, vintage indian market cart, authentic cast iron tractor seat, or a reproduction of an italian gas street light, each piece has a history.
although i have fallen in love with many of the new pieces offered, i am not sure i love the new look.
i wouldn’t mind seeing a little color or even some fresh crisp white.
what are your thoughts, do you love it?
girl, I am definitely with you. I like a little color in my decor.
I agree, I love Restoration Hardware but it really needs just a little POP of color.
I agree… I love color, and there’s not much of it right now at Restoration Hardware… but I am LOVING their new pieces! I just did a mood board for my sister- most of the pieces are from Restoration Hardware- but I added a bit of color to liven it up!
